more about the money, than humanity - Why rehabilitate when you can facilitate
for cash!

- Cash strapped States sacrifice the welfare of their citizens incarcerated family members they are in legal charge of, by farming out their social responsibilities to the lowest bidder.
- This practice allows private prison contractors to uphold occupancy guarantees between 80 and 90 percent full, encouraging the private prisons to actively promote a high convict recidivism rate, and disregard good behavior for early release.

It's back to 1960's style open bigotry in Indiana! Civil
Rights means Human Rights and Indiana is blatantly getting away with setting
the country back half a century of progress on Civil Rights, for all Americans.
Is this the kind of America Republicans want in 2016? A backwards America on
Civil Rights! I remember a time in the 1970’s, when businesses in Seattle could
post signs saying "No Long Hairs Allowed.” Since I was a hippy kid then, I
couldn't eat at certain restaurants, shop at certain stores, and I was “legally”
denied employment at many places in Seattle solely because of my hair style. Think
about the Air Time and Outrage that this kind of story would get now.
The people posting those signs would seem incredibly ignorant and backward today wouldn't they. It is time to start being outraged about people today who feel they have a “God Given” right to take away other people’s Civil Rights to live normally and unhindered in this nation, just like every other tax paying citizen who isn't gay. The LGBT community should be allowed the same protections under the law as any other socially established group of Americans.
First they take away your rights, then they take away your land, then they take your life or make you live in a concentration camp. Yes this was once the way it was, not just in Nazi Germany, but here in the United States of America as well. Are we doomed to allow the hateful, bigoted, self-righteous and exclusionary citizens of our country to digress our great nation back into these shameful eras of socially acceptable acts of bigotry and hate? We all know the answer to this question is – Hell No! Tell Indiana its form of facilitating and promoting fascist hatred movements will absolutely not be tolerated in 21st Century America!

The American Political “Humanitarian” Spin-Job
The American spin-job of starting wars and destabilizing
governments, due to our self-serving politicians, and their never-ending self-righteous
strategic political accusations of “crimes against humanity” IE: Blaming the Castro’s,
Putin’s, Ayatollah’s, and Assad’s of
this World, for the assorted societal and governmentally-inflicted ills of this
Earth, must finally come to an enlightened and timely end. This age-old, D.C.,
tactical multi-party political move of constantly manipulating the American Public’s
Social Hysteria levels, in order to nationally justify overseas robbery and homicide,
must be revealed for what it truly is, - Shameful, Selfish, Irresponsible,
Sinful, and Dishonorable. Our national history and our modern behavior, shows the
World that once again our government intentionally targets and hurts common everyday
people and their families, Worldwide and at home, who are innocent pawns in their
conveniently timed accusatory parleys of old fashioned American scare-tactic politics,
in order to “secretly” serve and protect their own interests, while smugly and pompously
pretending to care for the welfare of the entire World’s population.

Congress passed the Indian Removal Act in 1830, during
Andrew Jackson’s presidency, and also because of Jackson’s personal involvement
in the forceful extermination and removal of many Eastern tribes. But Jackson
was merely formally “legalizing” a pre-planned and carefully laid out scheme, which
was implemented by one of the United States’ founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson.
Jefferson’s plan outlined his intended atrocities to be carried out on America’s
original inhabitants, in a series of private letters that began in 1803,
although Jefferson did not implement the plan during his own presidency, he was
just as culpable in implementing the crimes of this sanctioned Act of Congress,
that were cruelly and mercilessly perpetrated against the Native American
people, as the then, President Andrew Jackson was.

the removal of the Indian tribes from the lands which they now occupy within
the limits of the several states and Territories . . . is of very high
importance to our Union”- an 1825 presidential message to Congress.

Illegal Immigrants in America do not need amnesty – They need opportunity! Most are here in this country simply to earn money so they can send it back to their families in third world countries, in order to return home to a better life. Like most poverty stricken American citizens here at home, they resort to breaking the law out of desperation and self-survival. This capitalistic endless merry-go-round of a society based on the rich haves, feeding off the have-nots, threatens our cities streets, our population’s safety, divides our communities, and ensures a future generation of endless have-nots for the greedy to perpetually prey on. Immigration reform is a cheap political parlor trick for both Republicans and Democrats to divide and distract the population from reforming our political system, and bettering our nation’s legal citizen’s general population’s lives with real opportunity to succeed in true – Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness - Poverty is simply a lack of opportunity and governmental integrity!

The new world order of Socialists have empowered themselves across the globe by standing up against oppression and old world governmental tactics of public suppression, spying on its own citizens, and fear mongering propaganda.
The old school Marxist mentality of dictatorship being a natural progression to true socialism in the aftermath of successful social revolution is based on ideologies that have become socially obsolete in the new millennium.
The people of the world have opened up their eyes and the tables have been rightly turned on a once mighty world governmental corporation that used the working class like cattle, and then butchered their lives mercilessly when they became financially non-viable to the almighty 1% puppet masters of global capitalistic society.
For true utopia to transform the Earth into a peaceful, intelligent, interacting, caring socialist network, any and all forms of dictatorship must be struck from the list of forms of democracy.
American theocracy and hypocrisy in both parties of our form of “democracy” have made the Federalist Government drunk with power and self-interests to the point of condoning their own dictatorship; these are the modern day warning signs of a failing democracy that have unsettled the world who watches from afar, or right next door.

As one more fear campaign wears off, and the American public’s awareness’ continues to acquire new mental immunities to the poison tongues of Washington DC, the Federal Government grows increasingly more desperate and more and more resorts to the use of blatant force in order to quell its nation’s discontent.
The American proletariats are starting to realize that they have been suffering a life long struggle of being bullied and told blatant lies by the very ones who were duty and honor bound to protect their rights in the first place.

Technology has surpassed our evolution physically and mechanically, but mentally social media and global cell phones, along with greater and easier access to the internet has exposed to the Worlds proletariat workers their governmental leaders lifelong conspiracies to exploit and suppress the freedoms and powers of the people they claim to represent.
The governments of the world combined do not have the power to stop a truly World United worker class party and society. That party will come in the form of the rebirth of the socialist ideology into a modern self-sustaining and incorruptible rational political force that will encompasses the Earth in real global utopia. A bourgeois freedom will never suffice nor suppress the peoples hunger for real freedom again!

Metamorphosis
The fact that the Worlds governments act like spoiled ill–behaved children sometimes makes me angry. Then afterwards I feel foolish for expecting anything more or less from them. They represent all the branches of human kind in this world and are thus bound by the unavoidable self-interests of the Human Nature of the Society they represent. American Ideology in Danger!
From WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, to
internet tragedy Aaron Swartz and the growing political and social controversy
over gun control, our founding fathers of the great United States of America seemed to
have failed to clarify what other unalienable human rights are we really
allowed by our government?
American concepts of
war being a beast unleashed as a last resort and objectives of achieving world
peace have been transformed into a perpetual political debate on who to go to
war with in the future. These are the dangerous crossroads that we all now
face. One wrong turn at this point and our symbolic dreams will become the
World's nightmare; whether they are a country, a state, or an individual.

American Ideology in Danger!
American Ideologies are being
split in two over several aspects of the founding fathers of our countries true
definitions of what rights should be afforded the general population of
American society. When and how far to
take those rights before risking harm to that society is the dilemma we are all
facing today.
Several modern political debates
of these said rights have been appearing in issues such as gun control,
governmental prosecutorial overreach, web and copyright laws to torture and
drone attacks overseas. What constitutes an ‘Enemy of the State’ and what
rights should we afford our so called “enemies overseas,” and to what extent we
are willing to go to in order to protect and uphold the rights of our also so
called “allies,” remains a prominent subject for heated debate in our country.
The Declaration of Independence
states that,” We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights,
that among these rights are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
Unfortunately the Declaration of
Independence failed to clarify just what all those other unalienable rights
were that the pursuit was among. As usual with American political ideological
debate these questions pose even more questions than they provide answers to.
This lack of clarity on the
documents part has created a division of ideologies right down the middle,
causing democracy to fall out of balance even though it is split equally.
This has been seen in the latest
social debates on whistle-blowers and what punishment should fit the crimes of
both the offending parties, and as is lately often the case, the legal
liabilities of the whistle blower.
Do those unalienable rights
extend to all people as to how much whistle blowing in federal government shall
be allowed without endangering national security? If these rights are
restricted are we still practicing democracy in the true form it was meant to
be practiced in?
From the modern controversies of
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange releasing received classified documents on the
World Wide Web, to the tragic death of RSS and Reddit genius Aaron Swartz. We
are made more aware everyday of the need to reassess who the real enemies are.
When this promising and intelligent computer wiz was found hanging dead in his
home from apparent suicide after legal troubles with the federal government,
and his illegal downloading charges that could have sent him away to federal
prison for thirty – five years, obviously and adversely tossed even poor Aaron
Swartz for a loop, many Americans, not to mention watchers of the world felt
the strong influence of potential governmental American prosecutorial overreach
in Swartz’s death.
With so many questions being
opened up these days for society to ponder about what all people’s inalienable
rights around the world should be, and how our American Ideologies effect the
modern world, we must start to wonder if our society still understands what our
forefathers interpretations of those inalienable human rights are, and how they
should be administered in our modern social political world.
The modern American internal
debate about how the public's constitutional rights at home should be
distributed democratically, has put into perspective the urgency of the
situation to clarify these concepts of “Creator Given” rights and human
freedoms of choice.
Before these vague modern interpretations
turn even further into more public apathy, and then unfortunately to dictatorship
by public inaction, our clearly set standard of patriotic ideals obviously has
failed to be good enough.
The Declaration of Independence
also states that if these rights should be grossly overlooked by their
governing bodies, and said valid grievances be totally overlooked by the
peoples government, and that government does so to the extent that it is
destructive to the people it is supposed to represent, the people have the
unalienable right to abolish said government and organize a new government
based on principles and ideals that will most likely lead to societies return
to safety and happiness.
This interpretation of the
Declaration of Independence was somewhat paraphrased but was put into slightly
more modern terms as well. The biggest mystery in this debate of rights and
original American ideologies is what constitutes sufficient grounds for
revolting against your government, and more importantly what level of rights
should be safely afforded the public without interfering or endangering
national security.
To try to define democratic
ideology as one single entity of sustainable self-rule is like trying to define
human nature as one single set aspect of humanity; both are limitless with
possibilities. If you pick up a standard college textbook such as “Political
Ideologies and Democratic Ideal” Their interpretation of “Ideology” defines it
as “a fairly coherent and comprehensive set of ideals that explains and
evaluates social conditions, helps people understand their place in society,
and provides a program for social and political action.” This promising ideology
cannot be accomplished by a numb and apathetic modern democratic American
Society, this ideological dream can only be accomplished by an educated and
informed society with clear ideals formed by innovative progressive public debate
and action on the most important and sometimes neglected and under-appreciated unalienable
human rights; the rights our forefathers promised us.

A Centuries Old Corporate Lie
The greed and ego of financial power is fueled by money with
no spiritual or intellectual purpose. This selfish ideology is always protected
and enacted by its corporate soldiers who are trained in the art of instilling
fear into the average financially struggling citizen. They tell the masses that
the poor will have even less if socialism is allowed to empower the powerless.
This tactic is age old but transparent to those with nothing left to lose, or
nothing left that hasn’t been slowly stolen from them by governmental or corporation interests already.
The time for selfish pandering of the rich who have
disenfranchised themselves from the common citizen is over. The time for true
beneficial social change has just begun.

Presidential Political Stigma: Being Branded a Socialist
President Obama started taking real heat about his socialist
based ideals with the passing of “Obama Care,”
but he isn’t the only president in history to take a political hit with
conservatives over their pet social programs during an election year.
President Franklin
D. Roosevelt was also plagued by accusations of having socialist
values in the Presidential
Election of 1936 , because he was perceived as leaning towards
European style socialism do to his part in, and belief of, the need for Social Security;
socialist in nature by its very name. President Roosevelt also ironically inherited
the great depression, and also faced hard questions politically on how well things
were improving for the average American citizen.
We will see if on this upcoming Presidential Election day, Obama has as good of luck as
Roosevelt had when he was re-elected to a second term in 1936, both in public
support during tough financial times, and in our countries economic turnaround.

Definition of Socialism: 1 - any of various economic and political theories advocating
collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production
and distribution of goods. 2 - A: a system of society or group
living in which there is no private property. B: a system or
condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled
by the state. 3: a stage of society in Marxist theory
transitional between capitalism and communism and
distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done
My Definition
of a Socialist: A socialist is someone who holds the hopes, needs, and
dreams of the many as more important than the materialistic political schemes
of the greedy few. A socialist feels naturally
responsible for feeding, housing, educating, and medically treating all those in
their society who are in need of it; regardless of whether or not they can
afford it.
A socialist does these things because he values humanity,
community and social unity.
